This is my granddaughter Andrea. She is three months old. The source image was a normal 10x15 cm snapshot taken with a mobile phone. So I let myself be inspired and then I just kept photo-painting and photo-painting, and the result is a print on archival matte paper measuring 30 x 42 cm.
Quite a demanding retouching and addition of missing parts of the car. However, the cooperation with the client was absolutely top-notch. We consulted on details and especially colors. He also provided me with other - colored - images to create the exact shade of the dress, hair and flowers. Such cooperation led to the client's full satisfaction and to my pleasant feeling of relaxed work.
This photo was very broken. Retouching took a lot of time.

A group photo of the fire department around 1912. The photo was small and degraded as it got darker. The task was clear: "We must each get to know our grandfather... :-)" By the way, the man in the light suit is Mr. Charles Horyna, New York, who bought a fire engine for the firefighters of his hometown. He was my grandfather's brother (top row, third from the left).
